छत्तीसगढ़ अधिकारी कर्मचारी फेडरेशन बस्तर संभागकी बैठक प्रांतीय संयोजक कमल वर्मा, कोषाध्यक्ष सतीश मिश्रा उपस्थिति में बैठक सम्पन्न हुआ । बैठक में समस्त मान्यता प्राप्त संगठनों के प्रांतीय, संभागीय, जिला व ब्लाक के पदाधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे।
बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए प्रांत संयोजक कमल वर्मा नें कहा कि जिस तरह से बस्तर संभाग के मान्यता प्राप्त कर्मचारी संघों नें एकजुटता दिखाई है इससे वे स्वयं और उनके साथ आये अन्य पदाधिकारी बेहद उत्साहित हैं । श्री वर्मा नें कहा कि इतिहास गवाह है फेडरेशन को मजबूत करने में बस्तर संभाग के कर्मचारियों अधिकारियों का अभूतपूर्व योगदान रहा है।
उन्होंने बैठक में उपस्थित मान्यता प्राप्त संगठनों के प्रांतीय, संभागीय, जिला व ब्लाक के पदाधिकारियों और दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों से आये कर्मचारियों को कहा कि वे उनकी समस्याओं से भली भांति अवगत हैं ।
श्री वर्मा नें छत्तीसगढ़ अधिकारी कर्मचारी फेडरेशन की ओर से आश्वस्त करते हुए कहा कि समय के अनुरूप बस्तर संभाग की कर्मचारी संबंधित समस्याओं को विभागीय अधिकारियों, मुख्य सचिव और मुख्यमंत्री समक्ष रखी जायेगी।
श्री वर्मा के उदबोधन के दौरान सैकड़ों की संख्या में उपस्थित लोगों नें वर्मा भैया संघर्ष करो बस्तर तुम्हारे साथ है नारो से बैठक स्थान को गुंजायमान करते रहे।
श्री वर्मा ने सातवे वेतनमान का एरियर्स, महंगाई भत्ता देने और छत्तीसगढ़ की संस्कृति के अनुरूप शासकीय अवकाश घोषित करने के लिए श्री वर्मा नें भरे मंच से मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।
इस अवसर पर फेडरेशन के प्रांतीय कोषाध्यक्ष सतीष मिश्रा ने बस्तर संभाग में आने वाले सभी जिलों के पदाधिकारियों के साथ चर्चा की । श्री मिश्रा ने अपने सारगर्भित उदबोधन में संगठन को मजबूत करने की चर्चा करते हुए एकजुटता को बनाये रखने की अपील की ।
बैठक को राज्य कर्मचारी संघ के प्रांत अध्यक्ष शशिकांत गौतम,पशु चिकित्सा क्षेत्र अधिकारी संघ के प्रांत अध्यक्ष कैलाश चौहान लघु वेतन कर्मचारी संघ के प्रांत अध्यक्ष दिनेश रैकवार ,अमोल श्रीवास्तव राजपत्रित अधिकारी संघ के संभागीय अध्यक्ष दीपक देव स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारी संघ के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष डीके पाराशर आजाक्स संघ के अध्यक्ष बीपी सोरी स्वास्थ्य संयोजक संघ के टार्जन गुप्ता, टीचर एसोसिएशन संघ के राजेश गुप्ता शिक्षक संघ के नीलकंठ शार्दुल एवं छत्तीसगढ़ कर्मचारी अधिकारी फेडरेशन जिला बस्तर के अध्यक्ष विनोद पाठक ने भी संबोधित किया !
बैठक में राज्य के कर्मचारियों की लंबित मांगो प्रशासनिक सुधार आयोग की रिपोर्ट प्रकाशित करने चार स्तरीय वेतनमान देने महंगाई भत्ता देने व सातवें वेतनमान के अनुसार गृह भाड़ा भत्ता व अन्य भक्तों को पुनरीक्षित करने के संबंध में आगामी दिनों में होने वाले आंदोलन के बारे में चर्चा की गई! इसके अलावा बस्तर जिले में हुए फेडरेशन के चुनाव के तर्ज पर शेष 6 जिलों में भी फेडरेशन का निर्वाचन शीघ्र कराया जाए । जिसके बाद सातो जिलो के अध्यक्षों की उपस्थिति में संभाग स्तरीय निर्वाचन कराने पर सहमति बनी !
